Snapdeal's cashback : myth & reality
This is the season of festivals, various eCommerce Companies attracting customers with different kind of offers.
Here is the Snapdeal, Dil ki Deal also providing cashback scheme of Rs.500/-, cashback on debit / credit card or netbanking transactions.
Sounds interesting, but dont rush to decision immediately, I tell what is the truth behind this deal.
When they say Cashback, that means Cashback to Bank account or associated Freecharge Account. But that is just a lie about cashback, they are providing 5 Freecharge coupons of rs 100/- each, When you use those coupons for while paying through Freecharge for Prepaid, postpaid, DTH, Utility Bill Payment and snapdeal purchase through app for min 500, You will get rs 100/- cash for each offer. So there is NO Cashback on your original purchase from Snapdeal.
When you highlight on FCOFFER, you will see a text appears View T&C. Don't forget to check that.
Beware of these kind of misguiding ads from these eCommerce Website, First check them care fully and then spend your money.

When i replied to a customer question on Snapdeal, what they mailed me back and didnt post the answer, they cant even handle a negative feedback
