I have joined Fiverr in Oct'2013, and Now I've reached promoted to Level 2 in a year, It feels good after achieving this milestone on Fiverr. It's a good feeling when you see the momentum of things moving forward.

Black Money case : SC to Centre, disclose all foreign bank account holders name

Just day before on Tuesday, After disclosing 3 names Pankaj Chimanlal Lodhya, Radha Timblo and Pradip Burman  from list of hundreds of foreign account holders, Government playing games of hide and seek with the public, making fool us.

There are some question arises...

=> What could be the purpose of disclosing just 3 names?
=> Is Government protecting some names?
=> Is there difference between one account holder to another who is depositing back money to foreign banks?
=> Is taxation policy and foreign policy is bigger than country?
=> Should Government change in Taxation and foreign policy which protecting these traitors?
=> What is the problem in disclosing names, investigation of those accounts and details will tell this is hard-earned money or black money?
=> Is the list provided to SC is not manipulated, how can be ensure that?


After the strict order of Supreme Court, now Government provided the list of all foreign account holders. Let us see, what happens?

Filpkart : Big Billion Day- a flop show

India's one of the biggest online retailer Flipkart's "Big Billion Day" Sale on 6th Oct 2014, became a flop show. Flipkart did a publicity of this event by every kind advertising, spent millions. Purpose was to drive millions of customer to website, and sell product of billions.

But this show became the flop show, the reasons were many peoples were unable to login to website for whole, products were out of stock, and the price tag is other than the displayed in ads. This situation was frustrating for the customer. Product gone out of stock after few seconds of start of sale. Whole day customers were trying and trying but they got nothing. For which the founders of Flipkart were send apology to their valued customers officially by email who were angry for technical issue with the website and the price anomalies. In which they were saying that will never happen in future, they shall try to take care of that. I too got that mail.

But this whole incident affected the credibility of Flipkart among their customers, and Amazon and Snapdeal took advantage of that on that day. On that day Flipkart provided the good offers but the thing is who got the benefit of it, if customer is not happy then what was the need of this sale.

Get Success On FIVERR

I joined the Fiverr approx 8 Months ago.  Oh sorry, I forgot to mention what is Fiverr for those who don't know what is Fiverr . Fiverr is global online marketplace which offers micro freelancing jobs for just $5. So, I joined the Fiverr approx 8-9 months ago. As a beginner, as I approached to Level 1 and now i near to Level 2, I learned a lot about Fiverr. What mistakes I made, i do not want that  mistakes are repeated by any other seller on Fiverr, This is just a guide from my experiences to them. So there are few tips for seller while creating GIG, processing the order, delivering the order as as i named it ORDER DELIVERY LIFE-CYCLE..

1) Gig Creation

•  Make a GIG, in which you are good at,
• Use keywords in Title and Description
• Upload the picture and video that demonstrate your GIG, provide some samples in pictures.
• Description must be short and clear
• Describe Benefits for buyer why he must choose your GIG
• If you are a become older to Fiverr, show your feedback rating in description
• If GIG needs to collect the requirement from buyer, then mention in description to message you first before make an order.
• Set Duration to deliver the order in such a manner, so due to geographical distance you can manage your time to communicate in time difference. and deliver after proper communication.

2) Quality Work and Customer (Communication/satisfaction)

• Deliver quality in your work, you can make a person fool once only, but if you want success on fiverr, Quality and honesty in you work with customer is must.
• Responsiveness is also a judgmental criteria. A buyer checks the responsiveness of the seller also. So, Respond to any buyer's inquiries asap. Responsiveness, lower is better.
• Keep in touch during the order time to time. Provide the status update to the buyer, assuring him that you are working hard for his order.

3) Deliver the order

• Play safe, keep some time in hands  before deliver your order. Keep at least 24 in your hands before deliver your order.
• At the time to deliver your order ask for any changes/ modification as applicable to your order from buyer, to make him satisfy. But request buyer not to modify the order. request buyer to tell any changes / modification needed by message instead of modify the order.

4) Feedback

• Buyer always eager to get their order done on time, with all requirement he said. The thing which satisfy your buyer are understanding his need, your quality work, timeliness, over expected nice job  and value for his money.

5) Miscellaneous

• Mention in description, if GIG needs to collect the requirement from buyer, sometime buyer order the gig but unfulfilled requirement, u need to cancel the order, it will affect your rating.
• A negative feedback can cause some restriction on Fiverr to use some services of it. So try to make customer happy, so if he /she provides the feedback , it must be POSITIVE. if any how get a negative feedback, contact your buyer to how to undo negative and how to make him happy.

Narendra Modi could be next Prime Minister

India is passing through the phase of General Election 2014 from last fewer weeks, In most of the parties manifesto's the point are corruption, inflation, unemployment, women security and empowerment, economic growth, welfare for farmers, minorities and backward classes etc.

India wants to come out from Congress delusion, they are talking about economy growth, protecting the interest of labour, right to health, empowering the scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and other backward classes, women's empowerment and protection of children, safeguarding minorities, youth and student agenda, rural development and panchayati raj, agriculture and farmer welfare, accelerating industrial and manufacturing growth, infrastructure, urban development, environment, fighting corruption, governance reform, internal security etc etc

All these years Congress was in central, they are talking about economy growth, inflation is on the top during these years, petrol and diesel prices are the most, daily needs things are gone expensive, what Congress was doing all these years to control them, congress failed. in that

Protecting the interest of labour, like the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) , in many states this project is on paper only, and people are getting benefits of it.

Empowering scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and other backward classes project are on paper only, never implemented.

women's security and empowerment is like a myth last  year rape cases in National capital reveals the truth of Women's security.

Youth and students agenda is just to empowering their vote bank, nothing is there for youth for job security, security for education of every student is also like the myth.

Agriculture and farmer welfare also one of the, farmers are committing suicide, they are not getting  the right price for their crop, they are helpless.

Fight Corruption is one of the agenda in Congress Manifesto for General Election 2014, I thinks i need not to tell Corruption reached to its top during these year, every day we heard of a new scam.

People are fed up of these thing and Congress, they want change but they don't see any other option than Narendra Modi, Arvind Kejriwal (from AAP) is a honest person but i don't think he is matured (politically) enough to control country at this time. I wish him luck for future, and hope they become mature enough so India get a honest political option to choose in future.

So every is hoping Narendra Modi could be next Prime Minister, because we didn't have any other option to choose right now. BJP is calling it "Modi ki lehar" Me too dont see any other option than Narendra Modi right now but in future I'll find a better option that this.

Handling traffic load to your website/blog

We all know any website or blog owner always dream to get a significant amount of traffic to his/her website. The owner of site try many option to get that traffic to his/her website. But as soon as his/her website start becoming popular, huge traffic to your site cause your website or blog to get crash. Your website is not able to handle that much of traffic load.

If you notice every Bank website like SBI, ICICI, HDFC etc try to increase the customer every time, and everything now days is online, registration any transaction , money transfer each and everything. That means increase in Bank business also increasing load on bank website. Any News channel website, when something notable news come in existence website traffic increase tremendously. That rapid increase in traffic/visits to your website can cause crash your website but you will notice, during high traffic such business, risk based critical websites maintains their traffic in well mannered way. No doubt there is a team of professionals, which is managing all these things. But question arises in our mind how they do that, at-least we can should know what basic things we can do to manage heavy traffic. I'll not go in depth but at-least give a brief introduction of solutions...

Setup the advanced hardware to handle traffic but this thing comes under the where is your website is hosted. the website owner can't do anything with Hardware side, so we discuss only things which comes under website owner's boundaries.

As a web developer, I can suggest 2 things.

First, you can use a cloud service for external objects for ur website, like images, css and javascript files and call them...

Second, create a light weight version of your website, which has no images or flash on website. Specially the Home page of your website should light weighted because only Home page is the most requested page all the time.

Just one thing I don't like about this phone, that is battery capacity, which is really disappointed me, for 5" display at-least 2000mAh battery needed for rum for 12 hrs easily. Microsoft ending Support for Windows XP

If you are habitual of using Windows XP and find Windows XP very user friendly then there is a bad News for Windows XP users, Microsoft is ending support for Windows XP from 8th April 2014.

Windows XP  work after that but you will not get any updates for Windows XP and also for Microsoft Security Essential. So, if there is no updates for XP, then your computer will be vulnerable for threats like viruses, Malwares, Trojans etc.

Second, Microsoft providing up-gradation to Windows 8 in some countries, So you are lucky if you are getting free upgrade. But still there is a problem Windows XP works well on low configuration computers, but up-gradation need higher configuration. So ultimately these systems are going to scrap.

This means the time has come when you can through your old PC to dustbin and purchase a new one. If you can upgrade your existing PC then that will be the best thing, at-least you can run Windows 7 on that PC. otherwise Microsoft has declared that old computers that can't run Windows 8, you can shop for new one, really great to increase sale.

Good news for the companies but who became the fool, obviously the user.

Facebook buys whatsapp for $19 million - a smart move

Whatsapp is widely used popular app for mobile for instant messaging, which is free for 1st year. There are millions of users of this small app all over the world. I think, after Facebook Whatsapp is the second largest medium by which people connect with each other.

Now Facebook taking over Whatsapp, a world leader in instant mobile messaging service over the internet, for $19 millions.

I must say Facbook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg took a smart decision. Whatsapp is an app which used by  8 person out of 10 now days.

Is this takeover affect the cost paid to Whatsapp by the user, will it increase or decrease? Time will tell the but this type of takeover always good for the user and the company. Lets hope for the best.

Rahul Gandhi : Stuck between Arnab and his questions

Recent interview of Rahul Gandhi video gone viral, this video should reach to every person who want Rahul Gandhi as a Prime Minister lolz, everyone will know why he cant become PM.. Nice and cleaver decision by Congress not to declare PM candidate name before Lok Sabha Election... Congress knows how capable Rahul Gandhi is??

In that 1hr 20 Min interview on Times Now, so many question the Times Now Editor in chief Arnab Goswami asked, but we listen the same repeated answers in reply, which has no sense to tell in reply. Most of the answers not replied.

Many questions including one to one comparison with Narendra Modi, Question regarding Gujrat Riots and comparison with 1984 Sikh riots. question asked do you apologizes on behalf of your party for 1984 Sikh riots? and stupid answer. Question regarding action against corruption, why don't he take action against Maharashtra CM Prithviraj Chavan and Himachal pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra  Singh while you are talking about  corrupt and corruption? Why he again and again mention his father and grandmother names in public? a lot of more.

Someone must tell him during the interview, this is not a press conference, its an interview. Where he need to give answers to the question, not tell the scripted speech.  Where he was talking about they have brought RTI and Janlokpal, working on opening the system to the people, and empowering women repeatedly.

In whole interview duration please check Rahul Gandhi's body language, his body language revealed his lack of confidence. His Body language says it all.

I wasted my 1hr 20 mins listen to that stupid talk, but at least, at the last came to know who is Rahul Gandhi and If this person become Prime Minister of India, what will be the future of India? lolz...

AAP: Time to rethink

We heard that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will now shift to a Govt Bungalow, and their ministers will now use Govt. vehicles. This is the real time for Examination for AAP, what they say and they do, that message is going to Aam Aadmi, They are not just a party now, they are now Govt. in Delhi.

What they have said before election, what they will do after election, will decide future of AAP.

Stick to your words, because what they got is just because of what they have said. If you can't stick to your words, then what will be the difference between AAP and other parties.

Perhaps Anna was warning Arvind Kejriwal for this only. Might be this is the effect of intoxication of POWER.

AAP is now getting ready for Lok Sabha election, but result what they are expecting is decide by the commitment they did to people and commitment fulfilled by them.

They are going off track, they must understand people who make you the hero, can make you down. AAP is ruining their credibility, they shouldn't do this.
